Our sunny playroom

My name is Jen Funk, and I offer child care in our spacious home in the Elmwood / Glenelm area of Winnipeg. My daughter is attending Kindergarten at Glenelm school, and I would like to stay home with her and have some friends for her to play with. I provide care for children ages 12 months -4 years old.

I have years of experience with children in childcare centres, a home daycare and babysitting. My first Aid and CPR is up to date and I just love children. I understand that children need a lot of time to play, learn on their own time and at their own speed. I provide a nutritious lunch and two healthy snacks every day as well as milk and juice. Our home is located a block and a half from Henderson and also a block and a half from Glenelm school.

I am an unlicensed therefore, I cannot accept any children requiring subsidy but I can give receipts for the monthly payments for tax purposes.In our home we have 2 cats and 1 very lazy and child friendly dog.
